What is BIM for Facility Management?
Facility Management with BIM takes the model beyond construction: it turns it into the database of the building in use. Every piece of equipment, system and space is linked to its maintenance, warranty and consumption information —what is known as BIM 7D.
From as-built to digital twin
We start from a reliable as-built model and enrich it with the information needed for operation: asset data sheets, locations, maintenance parameters. The result is a geometric and informational digital twin of the building.
Integration with CAFM / IWMS
We structure and export the information —including the COBie standard— so it integrates into your CAFM/IWMS maintenance management system, without having to enter the data by hand.
What we deliver
A model at LOD 500 prepared for operation, with parametric assets and information exportable to your maintenance platform. Ready to manage refurbishments, extensions and the day-to-day running of the building.
