Methodology: a tailored BEP and a CDE on every project

Every project has its own BIM Execution Plan (BEP): we define scope, LOD, delivery format and timeline from day one, and document everything so the workflow is traceable.

We set up and manage the project's common data environment (CDE), with documented review workflows and clear delivery protocols. This way, everyone collaborates on the same information, with no duplicate versions and no surprises.

How we work with you, in four steps

1. You send us your project Drawings, a half-built model or just the brief. In CAD, PDF or Revit — we work with whatever you have.
2. We define the commission Scope, LOD, delivery format and timeline. With your BEP or one we prepare.
3. We model and coordinate Real-time access to the model and as many follow-up meetings as you need. You stay in control.
4. We deliver Native model + IFC + documentation. Later support included. The model is yours.

Flexibility at every stage

We work in design, construction or post-construction. If you have a half-built model or need one from scratch, we take over without losing continuity. You decide the level of involvement: regular progress reports, coordination meetings and real-time access to the model. Full transparency at every stage.
