BIM Coordination & Management: control of the project end to end

We put the BIM project in order and stop conflicts reaching the site. We define the BEP, manage the common data environment (CDE) and detect clashes between disciplines before they turn into changes and cost overruns.

Managing and coordinating: two sides of the same process

A BIM project with several disciplines needs both rules (who models what, how, to what level and when) and verification (that the models fit together). We cover both.

The result

Fewer surprises on site. When coordination happens beforehand —and not up on the scaffolding— every clash resolved in the model is a change you don't pay for later. We act as your external BIM department, integrated with your team and under your standard.

Frequently asked questions about BIM coordination

What is a BEP?

The BIM Execution Plan is the document that defines how the BIM project is run: uses, roles, level of detail per discipline, naming, deliverables and schedule. It is the basis for everyone to work coordinated.

What is a CDE?

The Common Data Environment is the shared environment where all project information is centralised and controlled, with versioning and traceability.

What tools do you use for clash detection?

We coordinate with Navisworks and federated IFC models, producing prioritised clash reports and tracking them to resolution.

Does your project need BIM coordination?

Tell us the disciplines involved and the project stage and we will propose a coordination plan.
