Point Cloud in Valencia: precise capture of reality

We capture, process and deliver the point cloud of your building, warehouse or infrastructure using 3D laser scanning, photogrammetry and drone. An exact digital representation of the current state, ready to measure, model or document.

What is a point cloud?

A point cloud is a set of millions of points with exact X, Y, Z coordinates that describe the real geometry of a space or element. It is obtained with a 3D laser scanner (precise, millimetric, for interiors and detail) and drone photogrammetry (for exteriors, roofs and large areas). The result is a faithful geometric twin: what is actually built, not what the drawings said.

What we do

What is it used for?

Point cloud or Scan to BIM

If you only need the captured geometry, the point cloud is enough. If you want an intelligent BIM model built on it, that is our Scan to BIM service. We can deliver just the cloud or the whole process.

Frequently asked questions about point clouds

How accurate is the point cloud?

A terrestrial laser scanner reaches millimetric accuracy (typically 2–6 mm) depending on equipment and distance; the drone offers centimetric accuracy sufficient for exteriors, roofs and civil works.

What format do you deliver the cloud in?

In standard formats such as .rcp (Recap) and .e57, compatible with Revit, AutoCAD and most platforms.

Can I order just the cloud, without a BIM model?

Yes. The point cloud is an independent service; if you later want the model, we build it with Scan to BIM.

Do you work outside Valencia?

Yes, we carry out captures across all of Spain.
