If your team already models and only needs the geometric base, the point cloud is enough. If you want the finished, coordinated model, Scan to BIM covers the whole process —capture, registration and modelling— so you don't have to coordinate a surveyor on one side and a modeller on the other. We help you decide on the first call.
Frequently asked questions about reality capture
What is the difference between a point cloud and Scan to BIM?
The point cloud is the raw capture (millions of points with exact coordinates). Scan to BIM is the BIM model we build from it. You can hire just the first or the whole process.
What technology do you capture with?
A 3D terrestrial laser scanner for interiors and detail, and drone photogrammetry for exteriors, roofs and large areas. We combine both so no area is left blind.
What types of asset do you scan?
Existing buildings, industrial warehouses, heritage and civil works, in Valencia and across Spain.
